I’m currently exploring the property market and considering relocating to Greece. I’m particularly interested in Thessaloniki because of its vibrant culture, history, and lifestyle. While browsing listings, I noticed quite a few apartments for sale in Thessaloniki, but I’m not sure how to evaluate which neighborhoods are best for long-term living or investment.

Are there specific areas you’d recommend for good value, safety, and accessibility? Also, is now a good time to buy, or should I wait? Any tips or insights from locals or recent buyers would be greatly appreciated.
