How is Poly Plastic Different from Other Greenhouse Materials?

One of the reasons poly plastic stands out is its ability to perform well in diverse climates while being much lighter than glass or polycarbonate. Farmers in regions like California, Florida, and other high-sunlight areas prefer poly plastic because it allows excellent light transmission while diffusing the rays to prevent plant burns. Glass panels may look traditional, but they are expensive, heavy, and prone to breakage, while poly plastic is flexible, easier to install, and more resilient to storms. For growers who prioritize both cost and efficiency, poly plastic offers a clear advantage.
