### Commands
#### For adding Python to PATH on Windows:
* `echo 'export PATH=$PATH:/c/Python36' > .bashrc`
#### For adding Homebrew to PATH on a Mac:
* `echo 'export PATH="/usr/local/bin:$PATH"' > .bashrc`
* `sudo chown $USER /usr/local`
#### For adding Python to PATH on Mac:
* `echo 'export PATH="/usr/local/share/python:$PATH"' > .bashrc`
#### For Python Mac installation:
* `xcode-select --install`
* `/usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"`
* `brew install Python`
* `which pip`
* `pip -V`
#### For R Mac installation:
* `brew tap homebrew/science`
* `brew install r`
#### For Python Linux installation:
* `sudo apt-get install Python 3.6`
* `sudo apt-get install python-setuptools`
* `sudo easy_install pip`
#### For R Linux installation:
* `sudo apt-get -y install r-base`
#### Python and R packages:
* `py -m pip install <package>` (first download `get-pip.py` and run `python get-pip.py`)
* `install.packages("<package>")`
#### Git:
(Make sure you are in the directory where your scripts are stored.)
* `git config --global user.email "<your email here>"`
* `git config --global user.name "<your GitHub user name here>"`
* `git init`
* `git add .`
* `git commit -m "<message here to note the changes/submission made>"`
* `git remote add origin <URL to the main page of your Github repository>`
* `git push -u origin master`
